Kindly review the following Terms of Use, subject to periodic updates by NOAHBOA Club (referred to as “Terms”). These Terms outline the respective rights and responsibilities of both you and NOAHBOA Club. The latest version of these Terms is available at any time on www.noahboa.com (referred to as the “Site”). Any modifications to these Terms will be communicated through postings on the Site or via alternative written notifications to you.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

Upon accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site and/or any facility operated by NOAHBOA Club (referred to as a “Club”), you acknowledge and consent to abide by these Terms. Furthermore, when availing specific services provided by NOAHBOA Club, you are also subject to any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules pertinent to such services. These guidelines may be posted and revised periodically.

2. CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

NOAHBOA Club offers monthly and annual memberships that grant unlimited access to the facilities, though members may not book facilities more than once per day. Memberships are available only to individuals aged 18 and over.

All memberships, including the joining fee, are purchased through the Glofox app. Monthly memberships renew automatically using the payment method you provide on the Glofox app.

Annual memberships are non-refundable and freeze periods are not permitted.

Monthly memberships can be frozen for £10 per month. Freezes must be for a minimum of one full calendar month and can be applied for up to six months.

To cancel, freeze or make changes to your membership, you must submit a written request by email to info@noahboa.com. Requests cannot be made by phone or via social media. A full one calendar month’s notice is required, and the final month of membership must be paid in full. Updating or removing your payment method in the Glofox app does not change or cancel your membership.

All our memberships start from the sign-up date. For example, if you sign up for a membership on the 3rd of January, your membership will automatically renew on the 3rd of February, and so forth.

Members may use the facilities during the Club’s published opening hours.

Participation in classes requires an additional fee, payable through the Glofox app at the time of booking. Class prices and the timetable may be updated or amended at any time.

Members may use only club-approved trainers for personal training services. Bringing external trainers or therapists is strictly prohibited. 

NOAHBOA membership pricing is subject to change. In the event of revised pricing, members will be notified with 30 days’ notice via in club communication and via our website or email.

Access granted to a member, either in the form of a fingerprint, code or membership card, is strictly for personal use.

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. Violating these rules will result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.

3. NON-MEMBER PACKAGES

All non-member packages must be purchased through the Glofox app and include a set number of credits. Credits are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Depending on the package, credits may be used for facility access, group classes, or personal training sessions.

Non-member packages are available only to individuals aged 18 and over.

Bookings for facility visits and classes must be made through the Glofox app. Personal training sessions must be arranged directly with a trainer before booking through the app.

Packages are for individual use only and may not be shared. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of the package without refund.

Package expiry may only be extended for medical reasons, for a maximum of three months, and must be supported by appropriate medical documentation. In such cases, the package may be transferred to another individual.

4. NEWCOMER POLICY

For safety and best experience, newcomers who have not used Reformer equipment are strongly encouraged to begin with a private session. If, during a class, a trainer determines that a participant is unfamiliar with the equipment or poses a safety risk to themselves or others, the trainer may ask them to leave. In such cases, the class fee is non-refundable.

Before participating in any activities at our club, all newcomers are advised to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). NOAHBOA and its trainers are not responsible for any injuries sustained during exercise.

By joining or attending any activity, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are in good health and able to participate in exercise safely. You agree to inform us immediately if your medical circumstances change. If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, you should consult your doctor before participating. NOAHBOA is not responsible for any issues arising from your decision to exercise against medical advice or without seeking medical guidance.

We may cancel your booking and refund your payment if, based on your PAR-Q or trainer assessment, we determine you are not suitable to participate or if no trainer is qualified to accommodate your condition.

5. TERMINATION BY NOAHBOA CLUB

You acknowledge that NOAHBOA Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide a reason, to terminate your account (or any part thereof) with NOAHBOA Club, including access to the Site and/or Club, and to delete or remove any content uploaded by you, at any time. NOAHBOA Club may also, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, cease providing access to the Site and/or Club, or any part thereof. You further agree that any termination of your access to the Site or your account, or any portion thereof, may occur without prior notice, and NOAHBOA Club shall not be held liable to you or any third party for such termination.

The Company may refuse admission to the Club any person in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason. The Club retains the right to deny entry, terminate, or withdraw a member’s contract at its discretion.

By registering with NOAHBOA Club, you consent to providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information both during registration and subsequently. You also commit to keeping this information updated at all times. Upon registration, you will be prompted to set a password. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, and to control access to your account. You agree to take full responsibility for any activities conducted under your account.

6. PRIVACY

At NOAHBOA Club, we prioritise your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy attentively to understand how NOAHBOA Club collects, uses, and shares your personal information.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

By using NOAHBOA Club facilities, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner and to use all equipment as intended. Our aim is to foster a safe and inclusive environment for all members and staff. Any behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated within our club.

8. CLUB ETIQUETTE

  • Return all equipment and props after use to the settings they were on
  • Sanitize all equipment after use
  • No food or bags on the club floor
  • Do not drop or slam weights
  • Avoid unnecessary noises
  • Be respectful of others personal space
  • Appropriate fitness attire, to include clean clothing and appropriate footwear.

9. PERSONAL TRAINING (PT)

This policy governs the relationship between you, the client, and the Personal Trainer, who may be employed by the club or operate as a freelance Personal Trainer or Reformer Pilates Teacher. Non-members can view trainer prices and purchase sessions directly via the Glofox app. Members pay trainers directly for their services. All clients are responsible for coordinating bookings and cancellations directly with their trainer.

9.1. PT sessions and payments:

Club members may pay trainers directly for personal training services.

Non-members must purchase personal training sessions through the Club’s online booking system (Glofox) prior to scheduling any sessions.

All personal training sessions must be used within one month from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

Requests to extend the expiry period due to extenuating circumstances may be considered but are granted solely at the discretion of management.

Personal training rates are set individually by each trainer and may be updated at any time.

9.2. No-Show Policy:

Should you fail to show up for a scheduled class or personal training session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that class or session will be lost.

9.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel a session you will endeavour to give the Trainer a minimum of 24 hours notice.

The club operates a discretionary cancellation policy under the guidance of your trainer and/or the club management. Therefore, please note that if a trainer does not receive a cancellation or rescheduling notice within 24 hours that session will be lost.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your trainer directly. If you don’t have your trainer’s contact details, email us at info@noahboa.com.

Should a situation arise when a trainer has to cancel or reschedule a session with you, trainers will do their best to provide you with 24 hours notice. If a trainer cannot provide a 24 hour notice period, a trainer will endeavour to give as much notice as possible or, where possible, offer you a PT session with another trainer.

10. REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for membership payments, class purchases, or personal training packages.

If a Club Personal Trainer or Freelance Trainer ends their contract with us, any remaining personal training sessions will be transferred to another Club Personal Trainer.
