"Where can I see the class timetable?"
The class timetable is available on the Glofox app. Download the free app and search for NOAHBOA when registering. You can view the timetable and book classes under the Visits tab.
"Do you offer corporate classes?"
Yes. We can organise trial group classes at a discounted rate for companies, with a minimum of six participants. Please contact us at info@noahboa.com to arrange your corporate Reformer introduction classes.
"Can anyone attend a class?"
Yes, anyone! But if you’re new to Reformer equipment, we recommend starting with a private session. Read our guide on how Reformer springs work to understand what to expect in your first class.
"What does “Visit” mean?"
A Visit works like a day pass at a gym. It allows you to train on a Reformer whenever you like, but you’ll need to book your time slot to help us manage flow and avoid overcrowding.
